Titanic Guest Boutique Accommodation impresses many guests with its cleanliness and modern facilities. The spotless rooms often feature extras like mini-fridges, and the comfortable beds are consistently praised. Its location provides easy access; the SSE Arena is a short Uber ride away, and while some find it a 25-minute walk to central Belfast, the bus stop is conveniently close, with day tickets recommended. There's also a communal kitchen equipped with everything needed for self-catering, and parking is readily available on the street; however, some rooms are noted to be small.

public transportpersistent damp smellmold
The location was acceptable, especially due to its proximity to public transport.
I was quite annoyed by the lack of soundproofing. I could hear every conversation happening in the hallway. The bathroom had a persistent damp smell. I also noticed some mold in the shower area. I found that unappealing.

Excellent Amenities and Convenient Location

self-service areamaintained bedroomgood fittingeasy access
I found the self-service areas very convenient, and I could easily heat up food. The bedrooms are well-kept. The TV worked perfectly. The shower rooms had good fittings. Catching the 'Glider' bus nearby allowed quick access to the city center, which I appreciated. Street parking without restrictions was available, simplifying logistics.
I noticed that the water pressure from the toilet tap seemed a bit lower than expected.
Rooms
9/10
The room had a comfortable bed and sufficient space for luggage. There was also a modern, tv with access to multiple channels. A small desk served well for working (I had to answer a few emails).
Service
8/10
Check-in was straightforward due to the efficient online system, and I received clear access codes. I needed assistance with directions, and the staff responded quickly. Their instructions were concise and very helpful.
Facilities
9/10
The common areas were clean and well-kept. I especially liked the shared kitchen that had a refrigerator. There was a microwave, a toaster and a kettle.
Dining
9/10
Although breakfast wasn't served on-site, a shop around the corner opens late (till 10pm). There's a café directly across the street too. This setup provided convenient options for quick meals.

Acceptable Stay, but Some Issues

spacious showermould problemsloppy paint
The shower was spacious. That's all.
The room was small and dark. It had only one narrow window, which I did not like. The bathroom had a mould problem. It was visible on the tile joints. I also noticed sloppy paint on the walls.
